California Efficiency Group is looking to immediately hire a Water Treatment Field Technician. The right candidate will have experience installing and servicing industrial water treatment systems including water softeners, filters, reverse osmosis, chemical feed and other similar types of equipment. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented candidate with a proven work ethic. The technician’s goal is to provide a high level of service to clients and exceed their expectations. Some experience or education in this field is preferred, however we will train the right candidate. Compensation starting off at $100,000/year.

This person will be responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of operations They will be leading operations that are focused on lean as an enterprise solution, and must model those behaviors in day-to-day activities. This person will be responsible for cross training and encouraging cohesive relationships between the operational functions. Compensation starting off at $90,000/year.

Promotes sales to direct consumers by initiating calls, acting on leads and/or prospects about our products and services.

Establishes and maintains quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations to include meeting customer retention goals and following up with consumers as necessary, in order to close sale and meet/exceed revenue goals. Compensation starting off at $140,000/year.
